About Jolly Frog Yoga
  
Danielle started Jolly Frog Yoga so that she could bring yoga to people in Canberra. 
 
Jolly Frog Yoga has expanded and we now have three fabulous teachers bringing classes to you.  You can read information about them on our teachers page. 

Jolly Frog Yoga provides a supportive non-competitive environment for you to explore yoga.  Many of the classes are small so that your individual needs can be met and questions are always encouraged. 
 
Yoga brings together men and women of all ages from many different backgrounds and lifestyles.  Jolly Frog Yoga aims to build a yoga community so that yogis and yoginis can look forward to coming to class both to practice yoga and to catch up with their yoga friends.  
 
At Jolly Frog, we believe yoga can bring peace to everyone as it gives an opportunity for people to take some time for themselves, increase their body awareness, strength and flexibility and spend time in relaxation and meditation.  It is the perfect suppliment to ease the stresses and strains of a busy lifestyle.  Regular yoga practice will help you to feel renewed and refreshed and give you more energy for day to day living.
